'PM Modi was correct when he said… ': Macron's message to Russia on Ukraine war

State leader Narendra Modi was correct when he said the time isn't for war, French President Emmanuel Macron said on Tuesday at the continuous meeting of the Unified Countries General Gathering in New York City.
